Requirements

• Experience of handling Individual customers, and Groups such as Wedding groups, Corporate Groups, Student Groups etc. is an added advantage.

• You should have independently handled site visits and recces for corporates / travel agents.

• Has relationships with corporate decision makers and travel agents.

• Sales and result oriented with strong negotiation skills to be able to create client relationships and take leads to closure.

• Establish and maintain relationships with all the current and prospective customers. Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of special events, conventions, business meetings and other opportunities in the market.

• Design and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned segments and responsible for increasing the sales and revenue.

• Plan initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.

• Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections

• Travel when required to promote the hotel and develop potential business

• Liaise with Reservations for space allocation and priority.

• Conducts sales visits, telephone calls, sends emails and extends invitations to clients to visit the hotel
