The Learning and Development position is responsiblefor creating and facilitating learning culture in the organization. Theposition formulates partnerships across various functions within theorganization and outside the organization for ensuringworld class learning programs to the employees.
They addvalue to the individuals by making them better professionals and add value toorganization by ensuring better workforce technically and behaviorally.
Position would champion be creating leaders of tomorrow.
Key Rolesand Responsibilities :
• Training needs identificationand analysis through performance management, individual developmentplan, discussion with function heads etc.
• Ensure training needfulfilment - classroom training, online training, coaching, mentoring,counselling, etc.
• Coordination and Facilitationof Technical, Process, and Behavioral Training.
• Making and publishing monthlytraining calendars.
• Coordinating with internal andexternal trainers for the programs.
• Maintain training attendance, rosters,records, and facilitator / attendee training materials.
• Evaluation of training programand trainer. Follow up for the pre-test, post-training evaluation andensure proper documentation of the same.
• Collecting the trainingexpenses & invoices and closure of the payment from the finance team.
• Maintaining and managingbudgets for the learning function.
• Monthly MIS - Generate,interpret, analyse, and communicate training' results using trainingbeneficiary tracking forms and other management tools, graphs, and reports as required.
• Design and Drive various Initiatives formaking Milestone and Great Place to Work
DesiredCandidate Profile
• MBA in HR 3-7years L&D role.
• Excellent communication with goodinterpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of conflict managementand change management.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operatein a fast-paced, team environment, along with high business judgment andprioritization.
• Excellent time management skills with a provenability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently anddeliver results.
