Position: Sr. Executive / Executive-Sample Development (QA / Garment Technician)
Location: Hulimavu, Bengaluru
Experience: Must have 5-10 years of experience.
Qualifications: Graduation in Textile/Fashion/Apparel or any related field.
Job Responsibilities
• Monitor production closely and provide technical support when required to meet quality standards.
• Perform in-line inspection on the sewing floor for sample development to ensure quality standards and specifications as per buyer standards.
• Verify sample garments and Tech Packs
• Maintain Sampling fabric rack as per buyers' requirement.
• Maintain Fabric utilization records.
• Sample review and releasing fabric for cut.
• Indent follow-up to amend the changes required in the previous sample
• Implement quality assurance procedures, guidelines and checklists
• Conduct inspections
• Identify quality issues, analyze their root cause, and take necessary measures to improve the quality standards.
• Record inspection findings and Quality issues
• Analyze quality reports and prepare improvement plans
• Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders
