Job description
Opening For Sr. Executive - Banking, Treasury & Receivable Management At Unison Pharmaceuticals, a fast growing global pharmaceutical organization.
Experience : 3 to 5 years in banking & treasury management
Qualification: MBA Finance preffered
Role & Responsibilities:
• Day to day banking related activities at HO including liasoning with bank for operational matters under guidance of senior F&A team member
• Assist senior F&A team member for renewal and enhancement of working capital limit, data compilation and its periodical compliances
• Assist senior F&A team member for fund raising activities / long term funding, data preparation & documentation and monitoring of utilisation including submission of information to bank
• Assist senior F&A team member for various foreign currency products, forward covers, hedging etc. and its related documentation with record keeping
• Preparation of application for LCs, BG etc. and tracking of Lien FDs, its maturity & renewal etc.
• Assist in preparation of application for establishing foreign branch, appointment of foreign representative and overseas subsidiary to bank / RBI and data compilation for resultant compliance
• Coordinating with internal stake holders and bank for processing various import purchase related documents, advances, closure of BOE including FOC BOEs and other compliances
• Checking and processing import service related payment along with collection and compilation of documents for submission to tax team for 15CA/CB compliances
• Daily tracking of domestic collection recorded by C&F in SAP with actual collection received. Follow-up and coordination with C&F, sales & distribution & bank for effective monitoring of daily collection.
• Cash flow projection based on export and domestic collection and weekly payable cycle along with periodical payments for statutory obligation and routine expense
• Bank reconciliation on weekly / periodical basis of various bank accounts
• Preparation of various daily / periodical / annual MIS related to domestic collection, export collection, import payments, credit facility utilisation, forex hedging products etc.
• Support checking and submission of export sale documents to bank, resolution of queries and co-ordinating with internal stake holders & banks
