Role: Sr. Executive (Contracting and Operations)
Experience: 2-5 years
Industry: Travel & Tourism (Preferred)
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for handling Domestic tours.
Ø Designing domestic tour itineraries and package according to the customer needs/
requirements & fixed departure tour. Responsible for selling packages.
Ø Corresponding and coordinating with walking client/agents, Hotels.
Ø Itinerary preparation along with costing.
Ø Acknowledging messages and reply for the same.
Ø Booking Hotels and reconfirming the booking and supervise the clients document kit.
Ø Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
Ø Rate negotiation with hotels, transporters and as well as hotels contracting.
Ø Preparing outgoing and evaluating the profit margin and contribution to maximize profit.
Ø Selection of hotels and resorts as per their feedback and quality service.
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably from Tourism
