Job Overview
The individual will be responsible for assisting in all the supporting workings/financial models used for Management Reporting, Budgeting, and forecasting activities, MIS reports, route profitability report etc.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of all supporting schedules and workings for Monthly Management Report, Monthly and Weekly Route Results, Budgeting & forecasting activities, competition analysis, flash reporting etc.
Data compilation in the MIS for various business units and segments
Prepare and disseminate timely and accurate financial information to allow the business to plan, forecast, and make decisions using controlled & consistent data.
General reporting and business metric tracking; including generating reports, analyses and models as requested by the business to support the overall process
Assist in completing assignments by determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans
Provide general assistance for presentations, workshops, or meetings. Take notes if required and follow up, prepare minutes of meetings
Skills & Attributes
Fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft Office and related Software packages
SAP and Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
Ability to analyze large data and generate meaningful results
Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Qualification
Graduate from a recognized university
