To study and educate himself by understanding the Insurance company and its product.To understand the requirements of the client and how best to source them.To convert leads into clients and effectively closing the dealTo coordinate with the back office and operations team for back end operationsTo restructure and compute the premium structure as per the market and client company profile.To maintain smooth relationship with insurance co. and clientTo create his / her own Corporate Leads.
