Vacant Position: E-Commerce – Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager
Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement. The E-Commerce Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including website, social media, email, and mobile app
· Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, promotions, Order Processing, and pricing, to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
· Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
· Work with the product development team to identify and prioritize product opportunities and make data-driven decisions on product selection, pricing, and promotion
· Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
· Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology providers
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices
· Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio mart Etc.
· Proven track record of driving online sales growth and increasing customer engagement
· Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
· Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
