Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Reconciliation with Suppliers/operators
2. Daily Reconciliation with online payment gateways
3. Responding to all chargeback claims from PG/Banks within SLA with proper evidence
4. Maintaining reconciliation of refunds/chargebacks/PG cost
5. Proacively Highlighting & getting the reconciliation items resolved with stakeholders in time bound manner
6. Prepare Management Report as required
7. Getting audit done in timely manner without any adverse observations
8. Bringing automation in areas of responsibility
Skills needed:
1. Knowledge of online transactions processing (preferred)
2. Able to handle voluminous data
3. Proficient in Excel (Preferred having experience in Power Query and VBA)
4. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
5. Multi-Tasking abilities
6. Capable of working with minimal supervision
7. Self starter
8. Good Verbal & written communication skills
+. Open to accept more responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidate should be at least a Graduate.
Up to 3 years of experience in high growth companies (preferably from internet startups).
