Position: Sr. HR Executive
Location: Gandhidham

Responsibilities
• End to end Recruitment and talent acquisition activities for Blue collar (on boarding induction training, documentation)
• Updating Recruitment Trackers and various reports & HR MIS.
• Joining Formalities, Documentations, Exit Formalities, etc.
• Attendance monitoring
• Contractor on boarding / manpower allocation (daily report update/crosscheck of labour/helper/supervisor to HO)
• Weekly reports on manpower as per machine
• Vendor Management
• Handling Manpower Budgets
• Cross verification of attendance in register/attendance card
Required Skills
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Should have very good communication skills and presentable
• Should be strict and disciplined and work as per the factory process
• Take factory rounds daily and maintain the register
Required Qualification: MSW/MBA/PG - HR
Salary: Upto 4.20 LPA
