Job Description
Role expectation:
• Lead the HR Operations process for BUs in the International Markets. ( i.e. International Geography HR Ops experience is a MUST).
• Managing the end to end Onboarding process for Godrej Industries & associate companies Responsible for the candidate journey post Offer Acceptance to Onboarding.
• Execution of end to end off Onboarding within defined SLAs (Service level agreements with business units) o Responsible for providing a superior candidate / new hire experience Management of the Background Check Process – ensuring 100% compliance to GILAC policy.
• Works with Business HR on continuous process enhancement and compliance o Identifies and implements process improvements with respect to experience, effectiveness, and experience.
• Identifies the scope for technology enhancements, works with HR IT on configuration, testing and launch of new / improved system solutions.
• Design and launch the transition journey, manage the change by process cascade and communication o Reach the desired process and system adoption for identified BUs.
• Must be able to handle a high level of complexity in workload and should be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities.
• Responsible for Employee experience (NPS) as measured through process / point in time employee life cycle transactions, handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns regarding the process.
• Ensures 100% data & document sufficiency & accuracy in steady state, for all HR processes. Ensures 100% adherence of technology/system at GILAC level for respective process
