Roles & Responsiblities:
The HR Generalist (Female Preffered) will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Ensures that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices.
Manage end to end HR Operations & Payroll related activitiesResponsible for streamlining processes by introducing automation to reduce errors and enhance employee experiencePayroll Management, PF , ESI and other Statutory compliancesHandle all responsibilities of HR Generalist profile for entire employee life cyclePreparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the managementHandle Communication with the members of the sales and other dept.Maintaining HRISPerformance Management, Training and developmentPeople and Culture agendaEmployee Engagement and Employee Connect
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources is preferred (Female Candidate preffered)Should have minimum 2-3 years of HR Payroll & Generalist experience managing all phases of the processExcellent Communication skills (verbal & written)Excellent people management and interpersonal skillsProficient with HRMS systems and MS ExcelExcellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
