Job Description
Minimum Min 3 yrs of Experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Computer Systems / Computer Workstations / Printers etc,
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
• Co-ordinating with the third-party vendor for IT related issues such as (Software / Hardware / Implementation / up gradation etc,)
• Preparation, Revision and Implementation of IT SOP’s and IT guidelines.
• Day to Day monitoring of Servers / Network & Backup.
• Attend Client issues on time & register in Incident register.
• Maintain Day to Day Activities and timely reporting to IT Department HOD.
• Backing up of Regulatory data on day-to-day basis.
• Creation and disabling of domain users and Instrument software users.
• Creation of E-mail Id’s and configuration of e-mail clients (Microsoft office 365).
• Preferred Hands-on experience on handling pharma / R&D lab systems.
