Roles & Responsibility:
Import and Export manifest filing with customs EDI System. Obtaining clearance of the vessel from Port, Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, International freight tax authorities. Monitoring containerization cargo movement of export / import issuance of Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, etc. Monitoring bulk cargo movements liasoning with stevedores, C & F agents and at wharf port officials. Tendering NOR, preparing SOF with appropriate remarks.

Arranging safety precautions and FIRE prevention at works Services rendering to ship such as crew changes, ship spares, CTM, Ship stores, bunkers with IOC, etc with worldwide principal/agents Reporting to management and discharge duties without any delay and update in MIS.
Participation in important seminars on shipping/maritime and other shipping related business conferences
