Position: Sr Executive - Marketing
Location: Pune
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or
Communications
Experience: 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
SERP ranking, page ranking, Listing, directory submissions, affiliate mark, video submissions, Meta-tags, URL listing, crawling, errors, broken link analysis, back linking, keyword strategy
Tools: Website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Play Console, Firebase, keyword
planner, GTM, Google trends, MOZ, Other SEO tools
Objective:
· Improve ranking & traffic to the website and improve share of voice.
· Website, social media, and content optimization
· Managing website content
· Building and nurturing an online community
· Negotiating backlinks
· SEO strategy
· Campaign organization and planning
· Website monitoring and user analysis
· General digital marketing project management
· Keyword research
· Market analysis Experience & Education:
· Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
· Candidates with knowledge of / e-commerce / Online Industry will be preferred.
· Background (Fauji/Civil): Fauji (Added advantage over civil) Expected Competencies:
· Proven working experience in digital marketing; minimum 1 year of experience.
· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
· Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online / Google analytics, Google Adwords, Google Trends, SEO Tools, MOZ etc.)
· Good communication and people skills
· Adaptable to change; able to respond to shifting requirements and priorities
· Well organized and structured approach to work with good attention to details.
· Comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with business teams to drive required
decisions and outcomes.
· High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a
fast-paced, flexible, team-based environment.
