Job Description:
Coordinate with ?eld Team for installations and fault repair of airtel
dth.
Maintaining all Data & MIS Reports.
Undertake customer surveys, consultation, exit surveys and elicit feedback on service in order to improve service delivery. • Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvement. • Maintain MIS, network element and MDF as per standard. • Random Auditing (for Broadband Connections). • Rectifying the fault in RSU and DLC. • CAF Flow activities on Lotus Notes within 100% SLA (Service Line Agreement). • Maintaining daily records of activities done in RSU.
