Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Payment Posting with strong hands-on experience in manual and ERA posting within U.S. healthcare processes. The candidate will ensure accurate payment entry, adjustments, and reconciliation while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ERA and manual payment posting accurately and within defined timelines.
Review EOBs and remittance advice for payment accuracy and adjustments.
Post denials, reversals, and rework claims as needed.
Maintain daily reconciliation logs and balance reports.
Work on RCM platforms such as Tebra, Availity, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, and similar tools.
Ensure high accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
2–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting (RCM or healthcare BPO).
Knowledge of ERA, EOB, denial codes, and payer guidelines.
Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
Willingness to work night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
