Profile- Sr. Executive (Purchase)
Qualification- Graduate, B.Tech, MBA
Salary- Upto 4 Lac CTC
Location- Jaipur (Raj.)
Experience 3-5 years (preferred electrical , switchgear, cable and automobile industry)
Job Description -
To obtain quotations from various Suppliers. To Review the quotes and discuss with the Suppliers, for price negotiation, payment terms, Prepare a comparison statement based on the final quotations received. Discuss with competent authority for approval and then finalize the rates.
Ensure to implement Vender Assessment mechanism for all new venders and review for existing.
Implementation the methodology as per ISO.
Accountable for preparing fair Comparison Statement and preparing accurate PO with all relevant information.
Regular check on price at market & feed corporate on cost variations on various specific items.
Issue purchase / work orders to confirm the deal. Coordinate for timely delivery of the Materials.
Ensure to prepare MOM for any meeting with the Supplier / Vender.
Coordination with Store, accounts and Production Planning Department for process of ordering the material and payments due.
Ensure to provide list of due payments on every 1st day of the month for further action to accounts department.
Follow proper Inventory Management system to control it at minimum & adequate level as per the norms of the company for raw material, spare parts and general items.
To make sure NO shortage or non-availability of raw material or other items so as to ensure smooth and continue working in production department.
Maintain and update records of Spare parts machine wise to get reference as and when required.
Prepare checklist for P/O verification before it is sent for final approval
