Job Overview
The individual will be responsible for maintaining records of Engineering personnel including licence and authorisation holder including non-Certifying staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Manager – Quality / Quality Manager for the planning, conduct and management of Audit related matters
• Conduct and perform timely Audit as per CAME, MOE, MTOE and other associated Manual
• Follow up Audits to ensure suitable closure of Audits in time
• Review and check Audit plan periodically for any deviation. Determine Audit performance level and overall impact of Audit / achievements
• Perform risk analysis, establish trends, Identify training needs from Audit reports / results, and appraise Quality Manager / Manager Quality on the issues
• Develop bi-annual /annual audit review reports as per the requirement laid down in CAME, QAM and MOE for presentation to the senior management/DGCA
• Preparation of agenda for audit meeting based on summary and analysis report
• To develop review audit procedures and checklist as per latest regulation & Manuals
• To review, amend and update audit procedures and check lists of various engineering activity departments and vendors audit to incorporate recent changes in company policy and procedures and regulations
• Co-ordinate with Human Resource Department on HR matters
• Coordinate and cooperate with the auditors during Audit
• Maintain record of all the inhouse and regulatory audits
• Any additional function assigned by Quality Manager
Skills & Attributes
• Proficiency in of English language
• Internal Auditor training, preferably lead auditor training and IOSA auditor training
• Proficiency in computer (MS office applications)
Work Experience
• Should have minimum experience of 05 years in aviation industry, out of which 01 year as an auditor.
Qualification
• Minimum education qualification – Engineering Graduate/Engineering Diploma holder specialized in mechanical, aeronautical
