v Job Location – Mumbai
v Weekly Off – Saturday & Sunday
v Preference will be given to immediate joiners
Responsibility & key Skills:
· Basic material knowledge and design understanding pertaining to the retail brand identity / furniture will help.
· To have a business acumen and ability to meet with clients individually, work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
· Proficient in MS office.
· Strong Communication Skills, Team Player, Organized and Meticulous
· To be able to take client briefs and filter, consolidate and communicate the same to the projects team.
· Coordinate with stakeholders from design brief stage till execution & billing and payment collection for all assigned clients and handle all queries internal or client.
· To study and understand clients, their brands, their markets, and their sales strategy from time to time to offer specific valuable solutions proactively.
· To be abreast with market information, new product launches, new competitive entrants, and clients annual spend on our solutions. To be equipped with information on competition spread and their share as well.
· To proactively offer solutions to client (this can be ones used for their competition / related industry OR used by our competitor for another client).
· To be responsible for servicing with an object of revenue maximization and retaining existing clients.
· Handling financial issues pertaining to client estimates, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
· To create and follow all Memo’s and documentation for internal and external communication.
