Sr| Executive|Assistant Manager Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee reimbursements/ hard furnishing
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounting and payments of Recruitment and joining expenses
• Accounting and payments of Miscellaneous purchases/Expenses (Without PO/JO
• Accounting and payments of employee advances and Reward & recognition
• Preparation of online challans of various govt. agencies
• Preparation of demand drafts from banks
• Balance confirmation and other communications with banks
• Passing of bills and processing payment advices of Suppliers
• Monitoring and controlling of suppliers' advance payments, outstanding balances and ageing analysis
• Suppliers' Accounts Reconciliation and obtaining balance confirmations
• Providing data to other departments and auditors, resolving Audit queries to the satisfaction of auditors
• Enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, SOPs and principles
• Support in other activities of Accounts dept. as per requirement
