We are leading global communication Platform (CPass) provider – the connector between the two through our messaging, voice, and video solutions. By year end Sinch will be close to 5000 employees in more than 50 countries with one of our engineering hub at Noida/Bangalore location.
Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest CPass) and messaging provider in the world is looking for Sales development resources at its Mumbai (India) location.
The essence of the role: -
Following our success, We are looking to find highly motivated individuals to join our Sales Development Department. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company having a real impact and helping grow the business further!
Core Responsibilities
• Call potential customers to schedule appointments and closing the sale.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and schedule appointments with the decision makers.
• Update and maintain CRM data to the highest accuracy
• Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from MQL to SQL to Booked Order
• Work closely with Sales Management to ensure smooth distribution and handover of SQLs
• Manage live inbound contact channels
Eligibility Criteria:-
Impeccable integrity - ethical and honest in all respects.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Should have a very nice working attitude and learning spirit.
Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years
Education: Graduate from any recognized university.
