This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sr. Fashion Consultant. The Sr. Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized fashion consulting services to clients, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, assisting with customer queries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also include driving sales, maintaining professional and engaging communication, and contributing to the overall luxury retail experience at both Multi-Brand Outlets (MBO) and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO).
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and handling luxury retail clients
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
• Prior experience in MBO/EBO luxury retail is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is preferred
