Skills and Qualifications • Creativity and Artistic Skills: Strong creative vision and artistic ability. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and CAD. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design and construction. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of Fabrics and Materials: Understanding of different types of fabrics, their properties, and how they can be used in design. • Business Acumen: Awareness of market trends, consumer behavior, and business strategies. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and production issues effectively.
