Job Description
We are looking for a senior field sales executive to promote our hiring and professional networking software platform for small businesses, especially big retail shops. The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding these businesses onto our platform for their blue-collar worker hiring needs while also educating them about the business value of ZeeHub and promoting our brand. This position requires good networking skills, as well as self-motivation to build and maintain strong client relationships. The platform is designed for use on mobile devices.
The product team is based in the US. This job requires reporting to the US team members and having daily contact with the team using WhatsApp messages or phone calls.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Attracting new small businesses to become customers of ZeeHub's platform by educating them on the value proposition of our product and promoting its benefits.
• Conducting demos of ZeeHub's platform on mobile devices to help potential customers understand how it operates and how they can use it to meet their hiring needs.
• Acquiring in-depth product knowledge and gathering customer feedback to share with the product team, will help inform and shape the future development of the platform.
Qualification
• 2-10 years of experience in field sales.
• Excellent communication skills in either Hindi or Marathi language. Good spoken and written knowledge of English.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps/software operations.
• Candidate should own a vehicle so he/she can travel within the city.
