• Look after building world-class technology products and platforms that are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian payments ecosystem.
• Responsible for building products/platforms/apps for all end-users of the company.
• Must be involved in the end-to-end delivery of edge services for Merchants, Developers, and Aggregators.
• Responsible for driving the development and coordinating strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of the product.
• Responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing technologies, building components that are scalable and compatible with multiple browsers.
• Must be proficient in cross-platform development (mobile devices and desktops).
• Constantly bring and implement product innovations and ideas to improve the customer experience while adhering to the highest standards of quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Responsible for providing guidance, vision and focus to highly skilled and smart engineers.
• Must work in partnership with Product Management team, business team and Product design team to build best-in-class user interaction designs and wireframes (or prototypes).
• Must be responsible to build data-driven web application design and development is a plus.
• Must track record of developing and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software systems.
Skills set required
• Must have a deep understanding of software architecture.
• Must be proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Must have browser-side knowledge of JavaScript.
• Skilled in using the browser's rendering process.
• Able to independently lead problem-solving and develop elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.
Experience
• Deep expertise in ReactJS frameworks (4+ years of experience).
• Experience in building scalable, large and complex business applications using some of the above technologies.
• Experience in optimizing front-end performance.
• High technical acumen and extensive technical experience of 4-8 years.
Qualification
Minimum qualification - Bachelor of Engineering.
