Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Follow and promote best practices in mobile app development.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our apps competitive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer, with a portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, including the Dart programming language.
• Proficient in working with different data sources and APIs.
• Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Is by nature highly team-oriented and collaborative. Believes the best work can be achieved when a talented group of smart people work effectively together.
• Has proper understanding of semantic markup and know to build interactive pieces that comply to web accessibility standards.
• Has personal projects or frontend related code contributions to open-source community and actively publishes on web development related development topics.
• Has written automated tests to make the code more robust and defect-free
