This role demands expertise in cross-platform mobile development, seamless third-party integrations, and a strong eye for UI/UX implementation. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Application Development
• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
Third-party Integrations
• Integrate and manage tools such as:
• CleverTap for analytics and user engagement
• Firebase (Firestore, Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging, Dynamic Links)
• Firestore Chat for real-time messaging
• Sentry for error monitoring
• Adapty for in-app subscriptions and purchases
• Seamlessly implement and test in-app purchase flows.
CI/CD and Automation
• Set up and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise and Fastlane.
• Automate builds, testing, deployments, and release cycles to the App Store and Google Play.
• Manage versioning, release notes, and code signing.
UI/UX Implementation
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, interactive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Implement smooth transitions and animations to enhance user experience.
State Management & Architecture
• Use libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API for scalable state management.
• Follow best practices in architectural design and code modularity.
Security & Compliance
• Apply mobile security best practices to safeguard user data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Implement secure authentication and API communication protocols.
Performance Optimization
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to deliver fast, smooth, and reliable applications.
• Optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to align on features.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in mobile development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in React Native
• Proven experience with CleverTap, Firebase, Firestore Chat, Sentry, Adapty, and in-app purchases
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Bitrise and Fastlane
• Experience releasing mobile apps to both App Store and Google Play Store
• Exposure to native Android/iOS development is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello
Technical Skills
