Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will:
Take full ownership of the tech stack — Frontend (React/Next.js + React Native) and Backend (Node.js + Supabase/Firebase)
Architect, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using GCP or AWS
Lead the development and deployment of our React Native mobile app and Next.js web platform
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
Integrate AI and generative models into the platform for real-time predictions
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the system
Mentor junior developers and enforce clean, scalable code practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, design, and tech goals
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proficiency in React Native, React.js / Next.js, and Node.js
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and deployment pipelines
Experience working with Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend platforms
Deep understanding of performance tuning, system design, and security best practices
Startup mindset – proactive, adaptable, and ownership-driven
Bonus Points
Have taken a product from MVP to large user base
Have integrated AI/ML models into real-world applications
Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced tech environments
