Job Description: Technical Team Leader (Java, React Native, DevOps)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Leader to lead and manage our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, React Native, and DevOps, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring efficient project delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
2. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. Set clear objectives, allocate resources effectively, and manage project risks and issues.
3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Java, React Native, and DevOps practices. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks, and provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
4. Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and best practices within the team.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Agile Methodologies: Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Drive continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.
7. DevOps Integration: Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of software development and deployment processes. Collaborate on automation, deployment strategies, and monitoring systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
8. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and senior management. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Team Leader or a similar leadership role in a software development environment.
3. Strong technical background in Java and React Native, with a solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
4. Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in agile development teams.
8. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and quality assurance practices.

10. Understanding of mobile application development and deployment processes.
