Are You a Proactive, Visionary Sr. Full Stack Developer Who Leads by Example? What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Backend development Laravel Build optimized front-end components with React.js and Next.js that deliver a seamless user experience. Implement and manage robust server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database operations with MongoDB. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance to exceed user expectations. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enrich functionality and user interaction. Ensure code quality through best practices, including version control (Git) and automated testing. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of growth and excellence. What We’re Looking For: Technical Expertise: 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB. 5+ years of experience in Laravel Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced front-end frameworks. Proficiency in state management tools like Redux or Context API. Solid experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead front-end and back-end teams, fostering collaboration and driving results. A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions. Exceptional mentoring skills to empower team members and elevate team performance. Skills & Abilities: Analytical problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach to coding and design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
