We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the MYCPEONE Digital Marketing and Website Services team. This role is perfect for a highly skilled and experienced designer with a proven track record of creating stunning visuals and prototypes for diverse client projects. The ideal candidate should excel in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar tools and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a bonus. You will collaborate with client-facing teams, delivering exceptional designs that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
Creative Design:
• Develop high-quality visual designs, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and prototypes for websites, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand, impactful designs.
Prototyping:
• Create detailed prototypes using Figma to visualize web and app layouts for clients before final development.
Brand Development:
• Work closely with clients to maintain and elevate their brand identity through consistent, creative design solutions.
Video Editing (Bonus):
• Edit videos and create motion graphics for promotional campaigns, social media, and client presentations (preferred but not mandatory).
Client Interaction:
• Manage multiple client projects, presenting design concepts and iterating based on feedback.
• Work closely with client representatives to meet their specific design and branding needs.
Efficiency and Independence:
• Deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Balance multiple projects efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround times.
Required Skills
Experience:
• 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including digital and print assets.
• Prior experience in a client-facing design role is preferred.
Skills and Tools:
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of modern design trends, user experience principles, and responsive design.
