Job Description
We re looking for a talented and motivated graphic designer to join our growing creative team. This position will report to the Project Manager and work closely with the creative team designers and writers, marketing team, and frontend web developers to produce highquality marketing assets including: websites, advertising, emails, presentations, print collateral and brand identity manuals.
Heres what were looking for:
Works independently on projects with minimal oversight
Create graphic elements and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems
Partner with front-end developers and create HTML and CSS-friendly designs
Take direction from creative briefs, documented channel-specific best practices, and previous performance data to produce high-performing creative
Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements of a project
Provide feedback into creative briefs and contribute ideas to the creative process
Continuously discover and share found inspiration and new industry best practices to maximize efficiency
Strong talent for all elements of design, layout
Detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion
Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop
Strong typographic experience
