Responsibilities
Create & modify visual elements according to brand guidelines
Design communication for social media, Emails, website, and Print Media, along with website banners, emailers, etc as per the need.
Strong ability to transform a brief of written texts or images into an interesting vector based which is easy to understand and appealing to the target audience
Understanding the balance of color, textures, and interactive elements. Finalizing Patterns, Font, Style for the Brief and Taking Approval for Go ahead
Should have hands-on experience in Web Designing & UI-UX
Research on New Designs and Patterns, Trends
Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating templates, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts
Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies
Prepare new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints, and rough sketches of presentation and organization brochures and designs graphics for a website in line with branding guidelines
Detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and meeting deadlines
What you’ll bring
Proven graphic designing and UI/UX experience.
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
Minimum qualifications
Graduate degree with 3-4 years of work experience
Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc)
Highly proficient in all design aspects.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
