Sr. Designer - Sportsnet
Who we're looking for:
Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) is seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer with strong print and digital experience to support our sports properties.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll create best-in-class work for Canada’s premier sports media brand and other sports brands within the RSM portfolio. You have a sharp eye for layout, composition, typography, and photography, paired with exceptional knowledge of print production, including file setup, pre-flight, and QA. You excel in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative thinking with meticulous production skills. You’re a strong multitasker, problem-solver, and self-starter who thrives on delivering high-quality work across multiple projects. Your design sensibility, awareness of cultural trends, and love of sports (NHL, MLB, NBA, and more) fuel your creativity from concept to execution.
What you'll do:
Is highly creative, insightful, and passionate about great design
Brings strong experience across print, digital, and branding
Has a portfolio demonstrating strong concepts, typography, composition, and image selection
Understands production for both print and digital
Delivers on-brand, high-quality designs with quick turnarounds
Works effectively both independently and collaboratively
Understands brand systems and applies them consistently across all mediums
Is conceptual, strategic, and driven by creative excellence
Can take projects from blank canvas to final execution
Handles deadlines confidently and stays organized
Communicates clearly with teams, partners, and clients
Is a passionate sports fan with strong knowledge of leagues and teams
What you bring:
Professional graphic design or branding experience in an agency or in-house environment
Strong print production expertise; able to design for any format and deliver flawless files
Collaborative, self-motivated, and professional, with excellent communication skills
Impeccable taste in design, typography, colour, and detail
Ability to clearly articulate creative vision
Skilled at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
