Min. Exp. Required – 3 Yrs Must have – Team leadership experience

Job Responsibilities:-
• Design clear engaging graphic communications for the app, social media, and print - this includes UI/ UX, event webpages, brand promotional items, in-app games, etc.
• Illustrates the concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Design & create graphics images, GIFs & Ads, etc. for Social Media Platforms.
• With help of the media team, grow online social networks by acquiring a new fan base and increasing interactions via designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the implementation phase, respond to day-to-day questions from developers, project managers. Also work with QA to identify, document, and verify bug fixes.
• Should have experience of leading creative/Design team of min. 8 creative minds including Graphic designers, Video editors, Animators.
• Conceive, manage, and lead project design from start to finish, Identify user needs and business requirements
• Create design deliverables such as specifications, process flows, wireframes.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to communicate your design vision and defend your design decision
• A team player who can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• As a senior member of the team, it is essential that you collaborate, encourage, and support the junior members of the team.
• Coach, counsel, mentor, and inspire.
Other Requirements:
• Should have knowledge of Entertainment short video streaming industry design trends.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, in design
• Should have knowledge of Animate CC and After Effects.
• Must be able to produce original ideas.
• Team leadership & Time Management quality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
