Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Operational Parameters
§ Overall Process Management

§ Farming new business opportunity
§ Transition of new business
§ Quality support from operations standpoint
§ Change transformation and project execution skills
§ SLA agreement with Clients
§ Compliance to BCP
§ Implement mitigating actions on risk identified in the process
§ Driving Transformation / Digital projects
Customer Satisfaction
§ Establish peer-to-peer relationships with the onshore business
§ Ensure complete, transparent and frequent communication with the business
§ Adhere to the communication plan and rigor as agreed with the business
§ Improve VOC score
§ New Hire Orientation and Employee Development
§ Work with the Human Resources Department and the Service Delivery Leader on getting the right people with the right skill sets for the job
§ Will involve the Human Resources department on attrition related issues and keep attrition levels
§ Overlook succession planning across level
§ Plan employee engagement programs with allocated budget
§ Quarterly Interactions with employees to understand the pulse of the floor
§ Sign off goal / targets at supervisor levels
Required Experience:
• Experience in UKGI Insurance industry- Preferable experience in handling Motor Subrogation and Indemnity Management process
• Appropriate skills to Driving Quality & Efficiency projects, brainwaves, Agile interventions within the teams
• Ensuring that Compliance standards are met as per ISO, GDPR and Regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Graduate with good communication skills
