• Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates.
• Develop, create, and post healthcare job descriptions.
• Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
• Keep up to date with latest industry updates.
• Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
Required Skills and experience :
• Confident in communicating with professional organizations over the phone, email, and face to face.
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
• 2+ year experience as a Healthcare Recruiter servicing US Clients.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Healthcare roles.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Possess a thorough awareness of all aspects of the US market, such as legal entitlements, salaries, visa categories, procedures, and relevant labor regulations.
• Experience with VMS & ATS.
• Ability to quickly assess a candidate’s suitability for the job based on their personality and skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients at once and work within strict deadlines.
• Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
• Hard working and willing to learn
