· Biometric registration
· Issuing PF number/ uploading UAN.
· Issuing ESI pehchan card (TIC)
· Salary preparation
· Time office administration
· Over Time calculation
· Leave record maintenance.
· Preparation of PF & ESI Challans
· Filling up of Forms under PF, ESI, Gratuity Act etc. at the time of joining.
Labour Law & Regulations:
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
• Implement HR strategies.
• Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Help organization achieve better employee relations.
Recruiting
• Counsel managers on candidate selection
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
• Organize a comprehensive new employee orientation and engage new staff on boarding.
• Update record files oPlan training sessions
Employee Wellness & Safety
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Implement workplace safety procedures and execute
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issue
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Requirement: Not required from the Automobile Industry
