Job Description
• Support recruitment and staffing needs (e.g. local manpower sourcing, interview, selection and recommendations)
• Ensure compliance to Recruitment & Selection Policy, Process and System.
• Ensure agreed TAT for sending sourcing request to CST
• Ensure timely closure of the positions
• Ensure timely/live updation of positions in recruitment tracker.
• Responsible for processing background verification as per the agreed TAT and documentation of the report
• Responsible for proper employee induction in coordination with Business
• Secure employee engagement and welfare activities
• Maintain and provide regular and need base MIS and data.
• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of HR
• Adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
• Comply, at all times, with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Qualifications
• Post Graduate degree in HR Management
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Human Resource function
Additional Information
• Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Should have taken some initiatives on engagement front with a flair of content writing.
• Excellent communication and relational skills to effectively work with different people across and outside the organization
