Senior HR Executive
JD/Main Responsibilities:
He/she must have knowledge and experience in the core HR functions and must be well versed in the below functions:
_ (i) RECRUITMENT & SELECTION _
Manage the recruitment and selection process
_ (ii) INDUCTION _
Own the employee Onboarding/new hire orientation process
_ (iii) PAYROLL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE _
(a) Salary management which includes end to end payroll processing .
(b) Statutory compliances - Ensure legal compliance like like ESIC, PF,MWA, Maternity Act etc., Proactively monitor employment laws for compliance and make recommendations to update policies as needed
_ HR POLICY _
Implement company policies, ensure employee handbooks are accurate and up to date.
_ (iv) EXIT FORMALITY _
Handle the employee's Offboarding process (Exit Interviews, Exit Forms, Exp Letter, FnF etc)
_ (v) EMPLOYEE ENGADGEMENT _
Nurture a positive working environment, Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Meeting with all centres monthly, Organising Functions as per festival's, Birthday celebrations etc.
_ (vi) APPRAISAL _
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
_ (vii) OTHER ACTIVITIES _
Oversee other activities like - Mediclaim, Maintain Master data & Email ID tracker, assistance in audit, Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
_ (viii) TEAM HANDLING _
Manage a team
Requirement Details
Educational Qualification :- PG in HR / MBA-HR
Work Experience (In Yrs/Months) :- 8-15 years
_ Necessary Skill Sets_ :- Good Presentation Skills, Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level, Self-motivated, ability to organize & handle a team
_ REQUIREMENT_ :-
Proven working experience as HR Manager.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of
the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
