Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain Payroll Management of the entire organization.

· Maintain weekly and monthly time management and attendance management of all department.

· Generating various reports as and when required i.e. new joinee report, manpower report, active staff report, manpower costing etc.

· Handling Grievances of the entire organization.

· Appointment Letter Preparation and distribution to the particular employees.

· Maintain entire Training Process of all employees i.e. preparation of training Calendar, co-ordination, maintain database, evaluation and re-training.

· Maintain and update master database of entire organization.

· Handling statutory compliance and grievances of entire organization.

· Pay slip generation and distribution to the employees personally.

· Handling Exit & Clearance formalities along with Full n Final settlement.

· Organizing employee engagement activities like picnic and events, Christmas and birthday celebration etc

· Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

· Organize and supervise other office activities (renovation, event planning etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
