Location:-NSP, Delhi
Working Days:- 5.5 Days (Rotational Shift)
Shift timing :- (1pm to 10pm) (10pm to 7am)
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Provide strong leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Mentor, coach, and develop HR staff, ensuring their growth and engagement.
• Delegate responsibilities and manage workloads effectively within the HR team.
• HR Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization'sgoals and objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute long-term workforce plans.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations and Compliance:
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Interpret and apply laborlaws regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Manage employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions, if necessary.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
• Create and implement retention programs to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Collaborate with finance and executive teams to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
• Monitor and manage the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of relevant training programs.
• Support professional development plans for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Develop strategies to increase diversity in the workforce and mitigate unconscious biases.
• HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification are highly desirable.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software.
• Good in Punjabi ,English, Hindi and /or multiple languages
