Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Design and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires a strong blend of creative interior design expertise and proven sales acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full design lifecycle, from initial client consultation and concept development to project execution and successful sales closure. This role is crucial in building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the interior design or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and safety standards.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits within Bengaluru.
