Designation- Interior Designer
Highly motivated, dynamic, having good communication skillsshould be a sharp observer & creative thinker, capable of suggestinginnovative & creative interior design solutions, detailed presentation, andexcellent team-mate. Candidates must be proficient in verbal & writtenEnglish communication, good computer & related software knowledge withminimum 2 year experience in Interior Design & High-end project handling.
Preferably female candidate
Qualification- Post Graduate in Interior Designing ispreferable
Experience- Min 3 yrs. experience, (preferably in luxury /high-end residential project)
Core skills:
1. Analytical to gaze customer requirement and preparemood-boards & presentation as per client’s choice or preferences.
2. Should be experienced in making sectional and detaileddrawing in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketch Up, or any other rendering softwareprograms
3. Focused influencer of key decision maker withinnovative/creative solutions.
4. Coordination with Architect, Client Senior head / projectowners along with site supervision, sales team coordination, vendor’scoordination.
5. Knowledge of Site lay-out/map, with interior designsolutions
6. Follow-ups & site visits/communication.
7. Project/Solution pricing & budget estimation.
8. Taking care of all kinds of finishes.

Candidate would be assigned additional duties andresponsibilities from time to time that are in favor to achieve the common goalof the organization.
