Position - Sr. JAVA Developer
Experience - 5- 8 Years
Location - Pune
Notice Period - 30 days
Salary - Hike on Current CTC
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to on-going releases through design and development of product features, maintenance. • Lead a team of developers to ensure end to end delivery • Mentor junior members of the team. • Provide unit tests to ensure quality before hand-off to QA teams. • Keep up-to-date with technologies in the fields of server development, security technology frameworks and infrastructure. • Communicate with clients to understand requirements. Refine requirements and convert to appropriate artifacts.
Requirements:
• 5+ years development experience in the Java ecosystem. Good knowledge of J2EE and solid Java programming skills. • Experience with object-oriented design methodology and familiar with design patterns. • Experience working in the domain of security software. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of virtualization technologies is desirable. • Knowledge of Spring, Spring Data, Spring Boot and Hibernate is desirable. • Knowledge of CI-CD process and containerised application development is desirable. • Experience with full stack development is good to have. • Ability to learn and apply new technologies to improve and scale the product. • Knowledge and passion for solid software engineering practices, release processes and project life cycles. • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to write clear functional specifications and design documents and engage with customers on technical discussions. • Strong team player. Willingness to proactively interact with the team and achieve results in a dynamic small company environment. • Design code with special attention to performance, correctness, security, and enterprise-level scale
