Job Title: Senior Lady Physical Security Officer
Location: SAP Labs India - Devanahalli, Bande Kodigehalli, Singahalli, Karnataka 56214+
[For the first 2 months after joining, the candidate will have to report to SAP Labs main campus in ITPL, Whitefield for the training purposes. After that the candidate will be taking an independent charge of the transport department in Devanahalli campus]

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated 2 numbers Female Security Officers – Transport to ensure the safety and security of employees using company-provided transportation. This role includes monitoring transport operations, conducting security checks, preparing MIS reports, and handling email communications with employees regarding security and transport-related updates.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, particularly female employees, during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip security checks of transport vehicles.
• and monitor transport routes, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with transport vendors and drivers to enforce security protocols.
• Assist employees in case of security-related concerns during transit.
• Prepare and maintain security-related MIS reports on incidents, compliance, and transport safety.
• Manage email communications with employees regarding transport bookings, security protocols, emergency updates, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct periodic audits and report security incidents to management.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable legal guidelines.
• Provide emergency response support in case of incidents.
• Maintain detailed security reports and incident logs.
• Auditing of vendor invoices for correctness of the billing.
• Conducting risk assessment and security auditing of the routes for the female employees’ transport service purposes.
Candidate ProfileEducation
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in corporate security, transport operations, or employee transport security.
• Familiarity with Bangalore’s geography and key transport routes.
Skills and Attributes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is a must.
• Prior experience in security, transport safety, or MIS reporting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transport security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication tools.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and transport management systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
