You will be responsible for new acquisition of influencers like CAs, Accountants & Tax Practitioners. You shall sell Busy, impart product training to their team and build strong relationships with them to generate customer referrals on a continuous basis. You should be results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software, alongside a fast-growing team
Influencer Acquisition:
• Make calls to influencers, schedule appointments and conduct 6 -8 meetings per day
• Provide detailed product demos, address objections and sell Busy licenses
• Install the product, collect payments, provide training, and generate referrals
Influencer Development & Support:
• Cultivate strong relationships with influencers to generate customer referrals regularly
• Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned area.
Reporting & Events:
• Provide daily reports on performance metrics.
• Be prepared for travel as coverage may span multiple cities within the assigned region.
• Actively participate in events, contributing to lead generation and closure.
Skill Sets / Requirements
• Good verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn the product deeply with a strong capability to give demos
• High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
• Knowledge of accounting, TDS & ITR softwares would be an added advantage
