Job Title – Solutions Director

Job Overview:

The director of solutions is responsible to design business process outsourcing and technology solutions that enable our clients to achieve their strategic goals. This requires a deep understanding of the financial services and technology sectors (with specific and significant experience in the mortgage industry), as well as specific, current and relevant experience as a BPO solutions leader. In this role, our director will manage a team, interact with clients and internal stakeholders, and be responsible for analyzing business processes and technology infrastructure with a goal of developing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance our customer experience.

This role will report to the Head of Solutions and will work closely with company stakeholders and clients to develop creative, enticing and attractive proposals to our clients while maintaining the appropriate levels of profitability and control as required by the company. This is a high profile, and deadline driven role.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with key stakeholders internally and externally to identify business requirements and create solutions that meet those requirements.
Analyze business processes and technology infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications for BPO solutions, including proposals, process maps system integrations and data flows.
Develop a solutions workflow and lead the solutions team to continuously improve the level of service and solutions which are provided
Monitor and manage BPO solutions to ensure that they meet performance metrics and SLA’s
Conduct regular reviews of BPO solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BPO solutions and financial services technology.
Supervise the solutions team and report on its performance.
Keep track of metrics
Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and clients

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in designing and implementing BPO solutions supporting the financial services industry
Knowledge of financial services products, processes, and regulations with specific mortgage BPO and operations experience required.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and external partners
Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems
Strong presentation skills and ability to quickly and efficiently prepare materials according to company brand guidelines
Experience in leading a global team and working with business partners and clients globally and remotely.
Flexibility to coordinate with US stakeholders in different time zones, if needed
