This is a multidimensional position covering process, people, technology, and strategies. In this role you will collaborate with business and technical partners. You will prioritize the solutioning and product roadmaps across all domains of business in APJ.
A day in the life
Provide leadership to the product management team, help in removing barriers and drive successful outcomes.
The leader will help the team collaborate with the multifunctional teams to identify business needs, requirements, define scope and objectives to enable value for the business.
Engage with engineering teams, visualization team, data governance team and multi-functional product owners for execution.
You will own feedback processes with internal partners.

This team and leader will be successful through effective partnership across organizations to unlock business value through operational efficiencies, process improvements, change impact assessments etc. using data and automation.
A creative, problem-solving approach and can-do demeanor that is continuously learning will lead to the success of the individual and team.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
Experience
• 8+ years of deep experience in data, analytics, software engineering and/or automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in data and/or automation
• Experience and/or knowledge of data, visualization and automation tools
• Worked in regional/global environments enabling data and automation products
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Strong personality with critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize resources, value and performance targets in a global and regional environment.
• Collaboration skills and can work optimally with and influence others.
• Great teammate, a people person and truly enjoys working with multiple teams.
• Familiarity with groundbreaking technologies, databases, and information systems
• Shown ability to run sophisticated data initiatives in a complex environment.
